DELIVERY 

Getting your items to you safely

We know you will be eagerly awaiting your delivery and we promise we will get it to you quickly and safely.

  • In order to save time, all of our products are shipped directly to you from our independent suppliers.

  • Most of the products are delivered within 5 - 10 working days with some items taking slightly longer. Please allow this time for your products to be carefully dispatched to you. Items with longer delivery times are highlighted in the individual listings.

  • If an order contains many items you may receive these in multiple parts as they may need to be shipped from different manufacturers / suppliers.

  • As you can see from the table below, we keep our delivery prices as competitive as possible and always aim to offer best possible value for money with a service that's second to none.

Please allow for further delays on deliveries due to on-going issues caused by the Coronavirus. 

International deliveries

Shipping for international deliveries will be calculated at the time of checkout. For any further questions regarding international deliveries please email info@khione.co.uk

RETURNS

Shop With Confidence

Khione Clothing is committed to exchange or refund any product that does not suit your expectations. We are confident that you’ll fall in love with your order as soon as it has arrived, however if for any reason you wish to return an item, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please notify us by email as soon as possible after receiving the order. As most of our products are shipped to you directly from our independent manufacturers, we can start the returns process quickly for you.

Return Process:

  • Inform us via email that you intend to return the item as soon as possible (info@khione.co.uk)

  • Ship the items to our address, these should be with us within 7 days for actual receipt of the goods by you

  • Make sure that any returns are sent with the order number and your name - both clearly included

  • Please send or post your returns (using at minimum RECORDED DELIVERY) back to us, ideally reusing the original packaging

  • We will issue a refund as soon as the product has been received by us

  • In case of an exchange, please contact us, ideally via email first as not all sizes may be in stock

Important Information Regarding Returns​

  • Please contact info@khione.co.uk with your order number and reason for return

  • Khione Clothing is committed to exchange or refund any product that does not suit your expectations - if returned in good condition within 7 days of its actual receipt (this allows for any delays on our side in the sending of your order) . If for any reason this is not possible please let us know and if we can we will try to extend this period by a few days

  • The item must be undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags still attached and returned to us within 7 days of the item(s) being received by you. Items that smell of washing powder, perfume or seem to have been worn (rather than tried on) clearly cannot be refunded 

  • For returns, the shipping and any related return costs are at your expense . If an item is faulty we will pay for it's return. If it is being exchanged for another size or item we may not be able to pay for a second outgoing shipment, if the first one was covered by a minimum spend .

  • Please make sure that any returns are sent with the order number and your name - both clearly included as the minimum information needed - this can also ideally be also written on the outside of the package. Ideally send us an email with the tracking number and details by using the contact email at the bottom of the website, stating your order reference number

  • Sale items that are bought as "clearance items " cannot be refunded - their purchase is final. However we may agree to credit these items towards another future purchase - please do contact us in advance of returning such items.  Similarly if items are bought in a sale offer that has different levels of discount ( dependent of the total sum spent ) returns may alter the level of discount you now qualify for . 

  • Please ensure that you check all items on receipt and report a faulty or damaged item to us as soon as possible. Any damaged items must be reported with 7-days of receipt of the item

  • All damaged or faulty items must be returned in their original packaging

  • When you contact us, we will inform you whether to return the item to us or directly to one of our independent manufacturers.

  • Please send or post your returns ( using at minimum RECORDED DELIVERY ) back to us, ideally reusing the original packaging it came in with all original tags still attached to : KHIONE CLOTHING, Our Returns address is: 4 Lendy Place; Sunbury-on-Thames; Surrey - TW16 6BB. We can't accept responsibility for items lost / not received sent in any other way.
